Several years ago we contracted with a company to install 19 IP cameras and a server with
and array of 8 large capacity hard drives to record patient doctor interaction for educational
purposes. When the vendor failed to finish the job, Northside Tech Support was brought in to
solve the problems.
The technicians at Northside Tech Support immediately understood and fixed the issues! They worked
tirelessly to get our project up and running. Since that time Northside has continued to provide
server and camera maintenance services including updating and maintaining the server, interacting
between our IT department and the Sony technical support team (for the cameras.)
They also did a great job creating instructional material and live instruction for our doctors, and
continue to respond quickly to our requests for help.
